It is necessary for our body to produce various biologically active compounds. Omega-3 can be obtained from food, usually found in fish oil, but it can be difficult to get enough from what you eat. Polyunsaturated fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are extracted from fish such as mackerel, salmon, tuna, etc. These fatty acids help maintain normal heart function. A positive effect occurs with daily consumption of 250 mg of EPR and DHA.
Omega-3 fish oil 1000 mg soft capsules contain omega-3 rich in the unsaturated fatty acids EPR (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
DHA - docosahexaenoic acid

Use
For adults, 1 soft capsule per day. Take with food. If you are pregnant/nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
