1.1. The goal of the seller is to transfer the goods ordered by the buyer to the parcel delivery service within 5 working days from the payment of the goods.

1.2. The parcel delivery service delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the Buyer:

1.2.1. within 2-3 working days, if the goods are delivered in Lithuania;

1.2.2. inquire about other countries by phone or e-mail;

1.3. Companies providing goods delivery services: UAB Venipak Lietuva.

1.4. Orders will be sent through the company, UAB Venipak Lietuva.

1.5. All information about the companies: UAB Venipak Lietuva, working hours (delivery time) and services are indicated on their websites, which have a separate website dedicated to each country in which the companies operate.

in Lithuania: from €3.50 courier service (price depends on weight). Free shipping from 50 EUR. 

In Neringa: from 2.90€ postage meters. Courier 46 . Free shipping does not apply to the Neringa region

Shipping prices to other countries of the world will automatically calculate the e-mail for you. After the store collects the desired basket of goods, the price depends on your country, address and the weight of the goods.

The price of the Venipak pick-up point service in Lithuania is €2.90 (up to 30 kg).

When accepting the order from the courier, pay attention to the packaging - if you have any doubts - immediately unpack it.

Note the observed discrepancies in the goods transfer - acceptance document and, in the presence of the courier, draw up the act.

If you have received goods of inappropriate quality and noted this in the document of transfer - acceptance of the goods, or the inappropriate quality of the goods was manifested by a manufacturing defect that was present at the time of purchase of the goods, or non-compliance with the specifications specified by the manufacturer, you can return the goods, demanding to eliminate the defects of the product, if the defects can be eliminated (repair the product ) or replace the product with an analogous product of suitable quality (except in cases where the defects are minor or were caused by the buyer's fault) or cancel the sales contract and recover the amount paid.

If the wrong goods were delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer must immediately, but no later than within 7 (seven) working days, inform the Seller about this by e-mail. by post info@kristinabeauty.eu. The seller undertakes to pick up such goods and replace them with suitable goods at his own expense. In case the Seller does not have the ordered goods, he returns the money paid for the goods to the Buyer.

The Buyer must pay for the costs of delivery of the goods and the costs of returning the goods, if the goods are returned due to no fault of the Seller, and the Seller, convinced that the goods were returned due to inadequate quality, must reimburse the Buyer for the costs of delivery and return incurred by him, except for the exceptions provided for in the Rules.

In case the product is delivered does not meet the quality requirements, we undertake at our own expense to replace the defective product with a product of suitable quality or to return the money paid for the product in accordance with the established rules. The buyer can exercise the right to return the goods, if the deadline set for the return of the goods has not been missed, the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not fundamentally changed, and they have not been used, the product's usable properties have been preserved and the product has not lost its commercial appearance. All returns must come with original tags, protective bags and original, undamaged packaging. 

After receiving the returned product and evaluating its quality, within 14 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation of the purchase-sale contract, we return the money to the buyer (the price of the product paid by the buyer, the costs of delivery of the product, and in the case when goods of inappropriate quality/the wrong goods were delivered - and return costs). If only part of the purchased items are returned, shipping costs are not refunded.
