1.1. This document regulates the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Seller and the Buyer (client) when purchasing goods online at www.kristinabeauty.eu

In the following text, the word "we", including its forms in other inflections, refers to the Seller who is the owner of the goods and services, and the word "you", including its forms in other inflections, refers to the person who visits this website as a prospect or not for the first time visiting customer.

3.1. When buying goods, the Buyer takes them virtually and puts them in the virtual basket.

3.2. The buyer provides the data that is absolutely necessary to fulfill the order, i.e. name, surname, phone number, delivery address, etc.

3.3. The moment when the Buyer makes the payment is considered the moment of conclusion of the contract.

3.4. When the Buyer e-mail receives an order confirmation by mail, the Seller is considered to have accepted the order.

3.5. If the Buyer has not paid the amounts due, the order is considered cancelled.

3.6. You can pay for goods in our store using credit card, Paysera or payment order.

3.7. The Buyer pays for the return of the goods. In the case of returning goods, all bank fees related to the return of money to the Buyer's account are paid by the Buyer.

3.8. If the Buyer has provided incorrect information or an inaccurate address, he undertakes to reimburse the Seller for all costs related to delivery.
