INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour the contents of 1 (one) sachet (6,0 g) into 100-200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling) or juice, mix well and drink immediately. It is recommended to take 15-20 minutes. before eating. For adults and children 12 years and older, use the contents of 1 sachet 2 times a day (12 g), preferably in the morning and during the day.
