The brand's founder, Peter Weckerle, started the business by developing and patenting a new long-lasting mechanical eyeliner.
COSART started the business by offering 24 color eyeliners and 16 color eye shadow mechanical pencils. The products were sold in beauty salons in Germany.
During the last 20 years, COSART has expanded its product portfolio and can now offer decorative cosmetics, beauty care and anti-aging products.
