Use
1. Move the brush head slowly and gently along the line of the teeth, moving back and forth and allowing the bristles to enter between the teeth.
2. Do not brush your teeth with the same movements as with a regular manual brush.
3. To increase the effectiveness of brushing teeth, gently touch the brush to the teeth, letting the brush do all the work.
