Tool maintenance

- Maintenance instructions depend on the type of tool. When you have finished using the tools, remove all dirt (acrylic products, skin or nail debris, dust, etc.) to ensure that the moving parts of the tools work properly. Clean thoroughly after each use.
- Keep the parts of the tongs clean and regularly lubricate them with oil to prevent the tool from rusting. If you notice rust on the tool, wipe the clamp fittings, lubricate them with oil and, if necessary, remove any excess oil.
- When disinfecting tools, do not hold them upright with the cutting blades pointing downwards, as you could damage them. Place them horizontally on a flat surface. Do not leave metal tools in the disinfectant overnight - keep them as long as the disinfectant instructions recommend.
