1.1 The Seller's aim is to hand over the goods ordered by the Buyer to the parcel delivery service within 5 working days of payment for the goods.

1.2 The delivery service shall deliver the purchased goods to the address specified by the Buyer:

1.2.1. within 2-3 working days if the goods are delivered in Lithuania;

1.2.2. inquire about other countries by phone or e-mail;

1.3 Companies providing delivery services: UAB Venipak Lietuva.

1.4 Orders will be shipped through the companies, UAB Venipak Lietuva.

1.5 All information about the opening hours (delivery times) and services of the companies: UAB Venipak Lietuva is available on their websites, which have a separate page for each country in which they operate.

Shipping prices to other parts of the world will be automatically calculated by the e-shop once you have collected the desired basket of goods, depending on your country, address and weight.

Venipak pickup points in Lithuania cost 2.90 € (up to 30kg).

When you receive an order from a courier, please pay attention to the packaging - if you have any suspicions, unpack it immediately.

Note any discrepancies on the handover document and draw up a report in the presence of the courier.

If you have received goods of inadequate quality and you have noted this in the handover/acceptance document, or if the inadequate quality of the goods is the result of a manufacturing defect that existed at the time of purchase, or a failure to comply with the manufacturer's specifications, you can either return the goods to the seller to have them rectified, if it is possible to rectify the defects, if it is possible to rectify the defects (by repairing the goods), or you can replace them with a replacement of an analogous product of equivalent quality, (except for cases where the defects are minor or the purchaser is responsible for the fault of the buyer), or you can withdraw from the contract of sale and obtain the refund of the sum paid.

If the Buyer has been delivered the wrong goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately, but not later than within 7 (seven) working days, by email to [email protected]. The Seller undertakes to collect such goods and replace them with suitable goods at his own expense. In the event that the Seller does not have the goods ordered, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the money paid for the goods.

The Buyer shall pay the costs of delivery of the goods and the costs of returning the goods if the goods are returned for reasons other than the Seller's fault, and the Seller, if it is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to inadequacy of the quality of the goods, shall reimburse to the Buyer the cost of the delivery and the cost of returning the goods to the Seller, subject to the exclusion of any exceptions provided for in the Terms.

In the case of delivered goods does not meet quality requirements, we undertake to replace the defective product at our own expense with a product of satisfactory quality or to refund the money paid for the product in accordance with the rules set out. The buyer may exercise the right to return the goods, provided that the time limit for returning the goods has not been missed, the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance, they have not been used, the consumable characteristics of the goods have been preserved and the goods have not lost their merchantable appearance. All returned goods must be accompanied by authentic labels, protective bags and the original, undamaged packaging. 

Upon receipt of the returned goods and after assessing their quality, we will refund the buyer (the price paid by the buyer for the goods, the cost of delivery of the goods and, in the case of delivery of goods of inadequate quality/not the same goods, the cost of returning the goods), within 14 days of receiving the written notification of withdrawal from the contract of sale. If only part of the goods purchased is returned, the delivery costs are not refunded.
